They just reduced the percentage for Guardian to 83% (not 91% any more). No official announcement - but everyone is seeing this when they play as of today.

im only lvl 40 and im not even close to 100 but i dont think epic made the new ranking system to get to 100 in a short amount of time ur suppose to work for it

Holy shit - All my hard work to reach level 49 isn't even 10% of what it takes to reach level 100. Safe to say that I won't be getting my level 100 achievement without glitching. I won't do it, but it's discouraging to know that I'll have to waste more than a year to get to level 100.
